You know you are supposed to evaluate your meetings. But what’s the best way to do it?
In an earlier post I described 5 ways to evaluate your meeting. Now I want to give you a tool for one of them.
In the perfect world, you would have everyone provide feedback anonymously and do it online. That way you could collect the data, identify trends, and figure out meeting improvement opportunities across the organization.
To that end, I created a paper evaluation that you can copy and use at the conclusion of all your meetings. The goal is provide meeting leaders with immediate feedback about whether participants thought the meeting was effective or not.
The evaluation takes less than 3 minutes to complete. After people have done it a couple times, they’ll do it in about 90 seconds.
Caution: If you don’t plan on using the feedback, don’t do the evaluation. That will just irritate people.
If you are interested in running better meetings, this tool will help you. Download your copy now.
